RETURN POLICY

In order to start an exchange or return, just head to the net.

To get started, all you'll need is your order number and the shipping zip code from the original order. If you don't know your order number, you can usually locate the seven digit number by searching for your order confirmation email in your inbox. If you are still not able to find it, you can contact us.

If you're using a return label you've received from the net, you should see your brand new order or refund in some business days.

If you've made a return without one of our return labels, it usually takes about 3-4 weeks to complete the return because we aren't able to process those until we actually receive the return shipment back on our end. For this reason, we highly recommend processing any return or exchanges at the exchanges website linked above.
